Totally Kids Swim Lesson Registration 2026

SWIM PROGRAM 2026

Swim lessons this year are June 22nd – June 26th, Monday through Friday, at Craig Wave Pool. Please see the levels sheet for classes offered.

We will be taking a bus to Craig. The bus will leave from Dry Creek Park at 8:30 am. While participants are in their lessons, the other children will be supervised at the park. The cost for lessons is $50 per child if own transportation is provided and if riding the bus a $10 fee is added per child.

Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We are doing a 3-step process for signing up. If any part of the process is not completed, then the registration process has not been completed for your child/children and their spot at swim lessons is not secure.

Personal Release I expressly understand and agree that neither Totally Kids, Inc. nor any of its officers, agents, volunteers, assistants, or employees shall be held responsible or made the subject of any claim seeking to assess damages or liability for or arising from personal injury or property damage or loss of any other sort to myself or other person in whose behalf this form is now signed as a result of actual or proposed participation in the above-named program and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Totally Kids, Inc. its officers, agents, volunteers, assistants, or employees harmless on account of any such claim.

I hereby give permission to Totally Kids, Inc. staff to secure emergency medical and/or surgical treatment for my child/children while in their care. All expenses of such care will be accepted by the parent(s)/legal guardian, including fees for an ambulance, if deemed necessary by staff. I realize attempts to reach me prior to any decisions will be made unless a life-threatening situation is at hand or circumstances do not allow.
